I thought The Kite Runner was one of the top 5 books I've ever read. And now I've just read another top 5 book from the same author. Amazing story about a culture, country, and people that I know very little about. It whets my appetite to want to know more about them and their lives.

One of the best books I've ever read. Not my usual genre. Made me see the other side of a culture than gets hidden from the stereotypes and media influenced portrayals. Can't wait to start his second book.
